Raw material selection:
A long-lasting and strong product requires high-quality raw materials, which are supplied to us by reliable long-term partners. We only work with sawmills that meet the highest standards and prioritize sustainably grown wood. We carefully sort the quality sawn wood bought from our partners according to size and properties and prepare it for production.
Manufacturing of product components:
The prepared raw material is cut into separate components of standardized pallets, individual wooden pallets or special wooden packaging. All components are cut according to standards or according to individual product drawings agreed with the customer. Advanced technologies allow extremely precise cuts and ensure the quality of the final products.
Final assembly of the product:
One of the most responsible stages of the process is the careful assembly of the cut components into a single product. Our qualified specialists, with the help of advanced technologies, assemble all products automatically, thus ensuring the reliability and strength of the final product.
Processing of the finished product:
Based on the customer's request and product specifications, the final product is specially processed to ensure its durability. If customer wishes to protect the product from various fungi, mold and rot, the product is dried in a special industrial dryer. If it is desired that the product be treated against various wood pests, a special heat treatment of wooden products is applied, according to the globally recognized IPPC standard.
Quality control:
Quality is checked without exception at every step, from the preparation of raw materials to the processing of the product. However, before handing over to the customer, each product must pass a strict final quality control, during which we make sure that the product meets our company's standards, the customer's needs and the agreed specifications.
Shipping and Delivery:
The finished product is sent to the customer. Our products travel all over Europe every day, so we deliver them only through reliable and time-tested partners. We understand that time is money in business, so we do not tolerate delays and guarantee the fulfillment of agreed deadlines.
